Who is Eligible to Register at Billion4?
Billion4 account registration is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents aged 18 and above. This is a non-negotiable requirement — billion4 takes the protection of minors seriously and applies a strict age verification process. During or after registration, billion4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a photo of your Malaysian IC or other relevant documents.
Each individual is only permitted to register one billion4 account. Creating multiple accounts violates billion4's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed with balances forfeited. If you already have a billion4 account, please simply log in from the Login page.
Information Required for Registration
To make the billion4 registration process quick and smooth, have the following information ready before filling in the form:
- Full name exactly as it appears on your Malaysian identity card — this is important for the identity verification (KYC) process that may be required at a later stage.
- Active Malaysian phone number – this will be used for OTP verification during registration and each time you log in from a new device.
- Valid email address – for important account notifications, including transaction confirmations and communications from billion4.
- Strong password – minimum 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Do not reuse a password from any of your other accounts.
